These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 8ffd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service made available through the 8ffd website at https://8ffd.org and its associated subdomains.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any 8ffd service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms are available in English and shall be interpreted in English regardless of the language in which they are read. 8ffd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 12 of this document. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 8ffd, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

8ffd reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the satisfaction of the platform's compliance team.

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the 8ffd platform. Opening, maintaining, or using more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 8ffd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your username and password. You must notify 8ffd immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

• Account sharing with any third party — including family members — is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual.
• The use of automated bots, scripts, or software to manage, operate, or interact with your account is forbidden.
• 8ffd reserves the right to close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being operated in violation of these Terms.

8ffd operates a formal Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme as a condition of its international gaming licence. KYC verification is mandatory and must be completed before withdrawal requests are processed. 8ffd may also require KYC completion before certain deposit thresholds are reached or bonus offers are activated.

Standard KYC documentation required by 8ffd includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older, established from your proof of identity document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your current Pakistani residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered to your CNIC).

8ffd aims to complete KYC review within two business days of receiving all required documents. Players are advised to submit documents proactively to avoid delays in withdrawal processing. All KYC data is handled in accordance with the 8ffd Privacy Policy.

All 8ffd account transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• EasyPaisa mobile wallet

• Meezan Bank transfer

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 8ffd account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 8ffd does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 8ffd account. Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved. 8ffd aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three to five business days, subject to payment processor timelines.

Deposit Matching: You may only withdraw funds via the same method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.

8ffd offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.
• 8ffd reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, the terms at the time of claim shall apply.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, potential forfeiture of winnings, and account review.

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds for each bonus are set out in the individual promotion page on the 8ffd platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these specific terms before claiming any offer.

All games available on the 8ffd platform — including cricket betting, live casino tables, slot titles, and specialty games — are operated under rules published within each game environment. By placing a wager, you confirm acceptance of the applicable game rules.

Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In-play bets stand unless a technical error can be demonstrated. 8ffd reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect or clearly erroneous price.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on 8ffd are determined by certified random number generation systems. RNG certification is a condition of the platform's international gaming licence. No game outcome is determined or influenced by 8ffd staff or systems outside the certified RNG process.

Disputed Outcomes: In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. 8ffd's decision on the outcome of any technical dispute is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 14.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8ffd platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC, or any other platform process.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where 8ffd has restricted service.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Placing bets using funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino table games.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 8ffd.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been genuinely wagered on the platform.

8ffd employs advanced fraud detection, game integrity monitoring, and anti-money laundering systems. All suspicious activity is logged and may be reported to the platform's licensing authority and relevant financial intelligence bodies.

8ffd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The platform provides a suite of tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity at the account level. These tools are available directly within the 8ffd account settings panel and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control total spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after a set period of continuous gaming activity.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount that may be wagered within a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 8ffd platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

Players who wish to self-exclude may also request exclusion through the 24/7 live chat support team. 8ffd will process self-exclusion requests immediately upon receipt. During a self-exclusion period, 8ffd will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account and will not send marketing communications.

All content published on the 8ffd platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game assets, text, data, and compilation of information — is the property of 8ffd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 8ffd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any platform content without express written permission from 8ffd.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software or game code.
• Use any 8ffd trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 8ffd website on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of 8ffd intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8ffd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected profits resulting from gaming outcomes.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from technical failures.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 8ffd's control.
• Any loss arising from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 8ffd's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The platform's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8ffd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — 8ffd will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels:

• A prominent notice displayed on the 8ffd homepage or login page.
• A notification sent to the email address or mobile number registered to your 8ffd account.
• A pop-up prompt requiring acknowledgement of updated terms upon your next login.

For minor or administrative amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes that do not affect the substance of any term — notice may not be given, and the updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform.

Your continued use of 8ffd following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through the support team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 8ffd's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated under the platform's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause prevents any player from exercising statutory rights available to them under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be contractually excluded or limited. 8ffd acknowledges its obligations as a licensed operator to cooperate with regulatory and law enforcement authorities in Pakistan and internationally.

8ffd is committed to handling all player complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the platform — including game outcomes, payment processing, bonus application, or account management — please follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact the 8ffd support team via 24/7 live chat. The majority of queries and complaints can be resolved at this stage within a few hours. Please provide your account details and a clear description of the issue.
2. Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through live chat, submit a formal written complaint to the 8ffd customer support email address provided in the Contact section of the platform. Include your account username, a detailed description of the complaint, and any supporting evidence.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If your complaint remains unresolved after Step 2, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under 8ffd's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from the support team upon request.

8ffd aims to acknowledge all formal written complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Complex complaints may take longer to resolve; in such cases, 8ffd will provide regular progress updates.
